THE AGREEMENT REFERRED TO IN THE WITHIN CONDITIONS OF SALE.

We, Louis Numa Brard and Augustin Claude Broquin (hereinafter called the Vendors), and James Stevens Linklater of Leith Merchant (hereinafter called the Purchaser) hereby respectively declare as follows:— That the Purchaser was the highest bidder for and declared the Purchaser of the Property comprised in the within Particulars, according to the within Conditions of Sale, at the price of seven thousand three hundred and seventy-five pounds, and that the Purchaser has paid the sum of seven hundred and fifty pounds, in part payment of the purchase-money to the Auctioneers, to be held by them as a deposit; and the Purchaser hereby agrees to pay the balance of the purchase-money, and the Vendors and Purchaser respectively agree to complete such sale and purchase in all respects according to the within Conditions of Sale so far as the same are applicable to a sale by Private Contract.
